These bush fires are horrible. I have been glued to the News, just absorbing it. I am not sure what the death toll is now, but last time i saw it was 180 or something... and it is still going higher.
7000 people have been displaced (homeless).
Another bad thing is that it started on my brother's birthday. :|
I just got back from school; we have had a spontaneous casual day, to support people who have been affected by donating money.
I think they have now raised over forty million dollars now. Can you please donate? ***

Yep. I'm Back.
Singapore and Vietnam are exceptional, i must say. Especially Vietnam. The picturesque countryside, the glorious mountains of Halong Bay... Crossing the road is even an experience within itself; in about 100m of road, there would be at least 200 motorcycles.
Before i left, i went to a small village in the middle of no-where. It was quite interesting to see how people lived outside of the tourist area. The children started to follow us around: it was cute.

School will be starting in about 2 or 3 weeks, i guess. Sigh. It will be interesting to see the new students though.

Almost!

Ah, it is almost the end of school; my last day of actual work is tomorrow! I am so glad.

I cannot wait for my trip to Singapore and Vietnam! I was looking up all the hotels on the Internet, and they looked really good. I will even be getting an 'Ao Dai' [look it up on Google Images!] tailor made for me! My Bro will be getting a suit.

A while ago, Nii-san (abbreviated Japanese for older brother -- Onii-san) and i got LittleBig Planet on PS3 (a day before it came out where i live!) and it is a wonderful game! I recomend it! Its fun jumping around, getting electriquted and making your 'Sack-person' slap other people... fun, fun, fun.

...sorry 'bout that. Its just, I am so relieved. No more homework, teachers... yeah.
I am feeling quite happy at the moment, as you can guess, I just had a doughnut, a coke, I bought Through Fire and Flames in itunes, and of course, holidays and all that.
Oh! And, My family and I have decided to go to Vietnam at Christmas. Cool, eh? To that's pretty awesome.
I have finally got my computer to run Microsoft PowerPoint! Yay! I hope I can post some things in here... just have to wait and see.

Hey all

It was my birthday this week, now I'm __ years old! I got clothes, chocolate, money, etc. Cool no?
On Thursday in home group they announced that all girls will have 'immunisations'... AKA: needles. Yay. It hurt, especially the Cancer one (cant remember).
Tomorrow I will go bush walking with my mates! Fun! ^-^

Embarrassing.

Yeah, I had an embarrassing moment last Thursday...
In home-group at the beginning of school we all decided to go outside any play soccer. I was watching my brother and the rest of the home-group (and some other ones) with some friends, and the ball rolled towards me. So I thought 'might as well kick it', an I did, but at the same time, some older guys came charging at me, and I kind of fumbled the ball and accidentally tripped this year 12 over! He just looked up from the ground at me, and I mumbled a 'sorry' and walked of blushing. All of my friends were laughing, not to mention my brother's friends, saying ' Oh my god! Your sister is a Tank!' and that. I thought to myself: Why the f*** did I do that for!
It turns out that the guy I pushed over had a fight with my brother last year, so my bro's friends say, like, 'Alex* 's sis sent that guy flying! Beat up by a girl! Ha. And the guy had a black eye that day too!

These group of kids came to my school today, and did a street dance performance. I thought it was really cool, so now I am gonna learn Street dancing. Soooo... yeah. And a bunch of other teens I am friend with are doing it too... cool.

AND, to make the day even better, it was the last day of term! Yay! No more Geography! No more homework!!

I finished the new Maximum Ride book yesterday! And in three hours too. It was quite good! The flock... Nuh, I you have to buy it yourself!

We got our term one reports today. Mine was pretty good, two 'A' s, which is alright but I could always do better. Well, there is next term.

Yeah, my school had a sports day. For once the weather was great! The events I went in were Long jump and Triple Jump... I sucked. Oh well, at least I got a good laugh.

PS: The guy I was 'going out' with 'broke up' with me. Just before I was going to dump him... I laughed. (I'm not joking)

I love Thursdays!

As the title of theirs post suggests, my favourite day of the week is good ol' Thursday! Why you say? Because, this happens:

• weather is pretty good
• good shows on TV
• good subjects at school (excepts CLV)

...etc

But my last two Thursdays have been expectationaly good! :3 For one thing, I first realised that the fourth Maximum Ride book is coming out (17th)!!! And yesterday, someone asked me out! So you can kinda see why I like my Thursdays! I will make a poll so you can vote for your favourite day! And you might of also noticed that I have had not enough time to post things, because of homework, etc, well this week is a long weekend so I might get a few more posts in by then. Bed Bugs

Yeah, apparently at camp there were bed bugs in my bed, so now I have heaps of bug bites on all over my front, it is totally ouch. Well that just goes to show how good my camp was.

Oh, and you know how I told you about the girl who broke her arm? Well now all the teachers a scared that she'll sue the school! Ha ha ha...

Sorry I haven't been on lately, I have been really busy with school, homework, etc...

Back From Camp!!

Yeah, I didn't have time to mention I was going on camp, sorry... Anyways! It was fun, apart from the fact I got a cold on the first day of it. Plus my friend broke her arm without realising it (though she did say it hurt alot, she just thought I was a bad sprain) And they made her do mountain-biking with it, and crawl through mud with it... It was fun though, apart from my cold. I got to know everyone heaps better now, and also now I am friends with all of my home group in my year-level.

My Flavour Of The Month

Yeah! I have a ps3 right (obviously) And my FOTM is Assassign's Creed! It is a wicked game! You seriously have to play this game! IT is sweet! Oh yeah: on my music list: "Low", and Drop the Phone. Wicked awesome.

Oh, I have my camp this week! Cool, I hope that will me fun... I hope they don't feed us Spam in loves. Ew.

Boring!!!

Oh my god I did the most boring homework today, P.E homework! And it was written stuff we had to do as well! I think it is even worse than math homework! OH well I have to do it anyway.

First week over!

Yeah, I haven't been able to update my blog, I have had to do homework as soon as I get home, and when that is finally finished, my brother is on (for, like, 5 hours) the computer by then.

Today my school had a swimming carnival, it wasn't much fun though, because the water is like ice and they don't give you time to get used to the water temperature, they just kick you out as soon as your done in there. And when you are finally dried off and nice and cozy in your towel, they make you get in again! Not to mention that on the day we had the carnival there was cloud so only glimpses of the sun. But it finally paid off. My Home Group (or house) has a history of losing events like this, and today, we won!!! We were all gobsmacked. So that was pretty awesome... But now I am sore all over, oh well ya win some, ya lose some.

No more 1pm wake-ups

Well, it is my last day of holidays... No more getting up at 1pm for me anymore! I got all my school stuff and it took, like, an hour and a half to get all my books, folders, pens, maths equipment labeled, and about 20-30mins to fill in my timetable into my diary. After all that was finished I put it all in my bag and lifted it and it feels as though as someone has put bricks in there. Fun-tastic! The bad thing about my school is that it is a Cristian school and I have "CLV"(Christian Living) as a subject! Just guess how fun that is, seeing that I happen to be an Atheist going to a Christian school... 'Yeah I thought so.' Well I think I have been rambling on about how Atheist I am, so I think I'll stop.

I have school in a week or so!! OH NO. I don't want the holidays to end! Well, my first day is on Friday, but we don't do much on that day, we go to the pool for half the day basically! But the actual lessons start on Monday, and to make it worse I have Geography as my first lesson of the day, how fun.

Your probably sarcastically thinking: "oh great, she's on about music again, this will be fun". But what the hell I will talk about it anyway. Well I went down to a music store today to look at cellos for myself to buy. And Apparently, I everyone is buying for music at school next year at my high school! So the people at the music shop only have one left and it is only a half sized one, which are not for people as tall as me, more for younger kids. As the salesman was talking I was wondering if he was a gay. Because he talked really girl-like and wore this Hawaiian shirt- that was really freaking me out! Meh. Well, all in all, what a fun trip to the music store! Filled with wonder and magic [sarcasm] and penguins ! No- seriously there was a penguin in there. Not real of course! Ha hah...

YES!!!!!
School is over!!! The end of year dance was totally cool!! This is awesome, no more annoying teachers or homework [leans back on chair] ahhh. Also to make things better, I am going on holiday interstate (and which state I'll keep to myself) and I'll be staying right on the beach! Sand, sun-- oh god I hope I don't get burnt, and surf!

Oh, and sorry for the late notice, I have been busy X-mas shopping an other stuff like that. It all gets very busy at this time of year, am I right? Heh. And of corse I inevitably won't be able to post on here whilst on holiday, so I will try do make some posts before I go. I will fill you in when I get back from my trip though!
