A really short post.

Hey everybody, sorry I haven't been on in ages, I got heaps busy at X-mas!
Anyway, as I said before I am going on holiday interstate. And I will be leaving tomorrow am 4am!! So See ya in 2 weeks!

Conundrums!

Well as I have said previously, I am currently working on a novel Sintaru, and it has been a bit hard to tell you the truth. I have the basic plot covered, it is just difficult to get the beginning underway. It is not just: "oh, I think I'll write a book", and just sit down and start writing your bloody head off. No, it is quite hard actually. So a few nights ago for about 2 hours, I just lay in bed thinking of how to start off Sintaru. I came up with a few possibilities the next day, but eventually retreated to the Internet to find help from other authors. Later on I took the advice from a person, and now I'll start from the middle, and work my way out into the beginning! I hope it works, well... there is always plan 'B', but I don't want to do that plan. What is it, I hear you say? Well, I am not telling! If Plan 'A' fails, I will tell you of course, but I don't think that will happen. If I actually do finish Sintaru, there is still more work involved, like, checking, re-writing, checking again, writing, and so on. I hope it turns out okay, and when it is finished, I will hopefully post the first few chapters on here, or even devote a blog to it or something like that! Wow this is a big post! I hope I have inspired a few people to starting a novel! It would be great if someone did. I think I am all typed out now so I might stop. Then again, I am on a roll here! But I have to go anyway, thanks for bearing with me if you have read this far! Happy Christmas!

Cello = Zero!

Your probably sarcastically thinking: "oh great, she's on about music again, this will be fun". But what the hell I will talk about it anyway. Well I went down to a music store today to look at cellos for myself to buy. And Apparently, I everyone is buying for music at school next year at my high school! So the people at the music shop only have one left and it is only a half sized one, which are not for people as tall as me, more for younger kids. As the salesman was talking I was wondering if he was a gay. Because he talked really girl-like and wore this Hawaiian shirt- that was really freaking me out! Meh. Well, all in all, what a fun trip to the music store! Filled with wonder and magic [sarcasm] and penguins ! No- seriously there was a penguin in there. Not real of course! Ha hah...

Huh?

I drew this a few minutes ago, and it took about 25 mins. Worth it though. I didn't have a clue who she was, so I have decided to call her Faeya, after a character in my new book I am about to wright. It is called Sintaru. If you wanna' learn more about the book please post something in comments.
I drew this picture on paint by the way (and I have never drawn well in paint i would like to point out). And, I know she is on a slant, but she is leaning on a wall or something, but I couldn't be stuffed drawing one. Well to tell you the truth, I did draw a wall, but it turned out really crap, and decided not to draw it. Heh.

Schools out!!!

YES!!!!!
School is over!!! The end of year dance was totally cool!! This is awesome, no more annoying teachers or homework [leans back on chair] ahhh. Also to make things better, I am going on holiday interstate (and which state I'll keep to myself) and I'll be staying right on the beach! Sand, sun-- oh god I hope I don't get burnt, and surf!

Oh, and sorry for the late notice, I have been busy X-mas shopping an other stuff like that. It all gets very busy at this time of year, am I right? Heh. And of corse I inevitably won't be able to post on here whilst on holiday, so I will try do make some posts before I go. I will fill you in when I get back from my trip though!

Oooh... burn!

Yesterday I went to the local pool for a party kind of thing with another class, you know, for a end of year thing. It was quite fun actually, there was a diving board, the water was like ice, heaps of food, friends etc.! With all that fun, something bad is bound to happen, right? Well when I got back from the pool, I went to have a shower, and when I got out I noticed a huge burn on my face, back, shoulders, and chest. God it hurts so much! Even as I am typing this, the T-shirt I am waring feels like sand-paper on my neck. Ow, ow, OW!!! And to make it all worse, I have a big school dance tomorrow! Aaaghh!

I just realised...!

I only have 5 days of school left! That ROCKS! No more boring school! Well, until next year at least. Also there are about 15 days until X~mas! Yay presents!

M-U-S-I-C

I have finally found out what instrument I was chosen for! drum roll please...... I got the...... CELLO!! Yay! Woo hoo!
So did two of my other friends. Hows that for luck? Well, at least I got what I wanted, not, like, the triangle or something like that. The down side is that a cello costs, like, roughly, $800! Ah well you can't have everything.

Maximum Ride!!!

If you read MR, you have probably seen this already! But if you have lived under a rock for the past few weeks, this is the next cover for the 4th MR book! I, personally dislike it. Really though- Golden wings? Super-man/women action? I like the others better. What do you think?

Music... again!

A month or so ago, you might of seen my post about my new subject: music. Well I had to go to school to do try-outs on instruments (saxophone, viola, oboe, french horn, ect.), and then put your top three preferences down. The music try-outs were actually pretty fun, apart from the fact the two of my brother's friends were there, showing how to play their instrument which was annoying. My top three preferences were:

1. Cello
2. Saxophone
3. Violin

Which surprised me a bit, because I didn't like the violin at all until I tried it properly. Also, if I must say so myself, I was pretty good compared to the other kids!

Woo yeah!

It is December people! Time to get shoppin' for Christmas! I have a good feelin' about this year for some strange reason... meh, it's just a feeling. I really want a new camera and ipod. Plus I am going to Sydney, (just like every year) to meet relatives, cosins, uncles, aunties, ect. It'll be fun though.

Camp!!

I have just got back from camp yesterday! It was pretty awesome, there was good food, good friends, and a lot more.
But there was one bad thing--
There were six birds (shags) that had been shot dead, hanging from trees at the beach... six of them. It was horrible! How could someone just kill innocent birds like that?! Birds deserve to fly free in the air 'till they lead a full life, happily, and die happily. Not let to rot in trees, and to be eaten by bugs and crows. Nothing deserves to die like that, no one... ever. Me and my friends even found the shotgun shell that killed those Shags.
We should do something about it too.

Sports Day

Yesterday (Thursday), my school had a sports day. I was okay I guess, but my teacher was being so freaking difficult!! God she can be a pain in the ass sometimes!
Well anyway I got a day off today, and I slept in 'till 12:00, and I just finished watching a movie so it has been pretty relaxing. The down side is that I am really stiff from all the sport yesterday, so I am walking like a robot around the house.
Aghh!
Sorry, my leg just felt like it tried to commit suicide on itself again. Oh well, at least I got to stay home today! Heh heh!

Mechquest

Yeah, so what if I play Mech Quest? It is a cool game. I know I sound geeky and stuff but I actually do not actually care.

Anyway, I have been saving up credits (money) on the game to by a new "mech" (big robot thingys that you shoot stuff with) And it was 50,000 credits. It took a long time, believe me, but I got there a few days ago!!! Hooray for guns! This is what my mech looks like:

Today is hot. Thank god I have a pool! The only bad thing about having a pool, is that a certain brother happens to have friends living near by, who don't have a pool! So those people come over to have a swim! Grraaaagh!!!

I have just noticed I haven't posted in a while. So here I am once again!

I just climbed out of my pool, it was nice! Until my brother and four other boys jumped in and ruined my fabulous swim! Oh well...

Happy Halloween!

It is Halloween once again. Candy all around!... except that I don't go 'Trick or Treating' on Halloween; but it is fun to freak your friends out by scaring them heaps! Heh heh...

I had dance again today, (we do it every Monday) except with a boy partner. That isn't soo bad I guess, you know, if you have a good friend whose a boy; but there are too many girls in our classes so that means that a girl had to dance with a girl. That happend to my friend Kitty and Trolly--having to dance with each other! I was making all these puns like: "I can soo see sparks in between you guys!" and "You two are made for each other!". Heh he! I am soo evil!

Music

Next year at high school, I will take up music as a subject; and you get to play a instrument. Now, I already play the piano, but you need 7 years experience to do that. You also need 7 years experience to do the guitar, so all the cool stuff are out of the question.
Now, I am thinking about these:

1. Flute
2. Chloe (sorry, I don't know how it is spelt)
3. Violin
4. Sax
5. Clarinet

I have no idea what to do! If you have a suggestion please tell me!!

I just realised I have written 18--well, 19 really, in just two months.
You have to admit, that ain't bad considering I go to school and all.

OH NO! SHCOOL IS BACK!

School is back! [groan] Resistance is futile! I have about three or four projects overdue, and I am stressing a lot. I hate school work.
Today at school, I went a bit crazy with my friends and made a sign saying: FREE HUGS. In total I got... 4. Hah ha haa...

Just if you are wondering, Josie is back to normal. She is happily running around, chasing mice (I found half of one a a few days ago), and eating again. Although she was a bit wobbly on her legs for a few days.

We goin' snake huntin' Pa!

My cat Josie got bitten by a snake, poor thing... At the vet she has a drip going into her front leg! I hope she will be alright.

When I went to visit her (a couple of hours later) I went to the cage she was in and on the cage there was a label saying: Warning! Bites. Which I thought was pretty funny because Josie is a very affectionate cat! Ha ha... You show that vet Josie!!

My teeth suck

Today I went to the dentist and got two teeth pulled out... ouch! I was put on happy gas to ease the pain, and it was like I had floated into a dream. The dentist said "you are gonna' feel a slight pinch" And I said "yuppers!"...
At one point I wanted to birst into song for some strange reason. I felt like I was high!!

A few nights ago.

A few nights ago was my town band's 150th anniversary! The band played at the same place they did 150 years ago: in front of the Pub! I did the math, (and all my friends know what a whiz I am at maths... a bit of sarcasm there) and realised I will be in my 60s when it will be there 200th anniversary!
Oh my God! I'll be old!

Ahhh, I love my holidays!

I love relaxin' on the holidays, that's when all the good TV shows come on (especially on Thursdays!). Like yesterday, the second series on Heroes came back on!

Oh! I just remembered!
I was shopping at the mall today, and I went into a bookshop, you know, just to look around, and I saw the seventh book of Alex Rider! The new one is called Snakehead, so if you wanna' read it before your friends, I suggest you do it now, because I have only seen it in one shop ( it isn't even at Target, Big W or Myer for all I have seen!).

Being random is okay!

Sorry I haven't posted in the blog for a while, I have been pretty busy on the computer of late (not to mention my brother who has been hogging the computer), I have been trying to find information for a school assignment on the White-Tailed Black Cockatoo. Seriously there is no info. on this thing!! This project won't even come in handy later on in life when I have left school!
Unless I am in a hostage situation with a couple of deranged Green Peace members!

Holidays rock!

It's finally holidays! Thank god for that!
Today I saw Rush hour 3 at the movies. It was pretty good, but some parts were a bit fake and unrealistic. But a good movie all the same.

I have just started a new book series Tomorrow, When the War Began. I have started to read it before, when I was younger, but I got into another book before I finished reading it. I am looking forward to finishing it because it has been in my "to read" list for a few years now!

END OF TERM!

I'm thinking of taking up Archery! I think it would be cool, seeing as my friend and I might start it together. So if you have any hints on the sport, please tell me.

Grrr...
It's that time of the year again... end of term! The time when all the teachers get all grumpy and set heaps of work on you to get finished by the end of term. I spent half the day twirling my thumbs-doing nothing!

Endangered Classes.

I went to the zoo with my class today; it was pretty fun, being with my friends and all although it was hot walking around in the sun! But (as always) it had to be educational, so my class had to sit on the floor on the Information Centre for about 30 minutes listening to a person yapping about this bird that is endangered, I felt more sorry for me and the class than the bird!

I am now reading the last Harry Potter book again, and to my surprise I am already past half way, after just two and a half days on reading!

Finally...

I have finished the Lord of the Rings series!! What a fantastic book! It is truly a legendary story, I recomend it.

Today...

Me and my brother *Alex went rock-climbing. It was fun, but my fingers are pretty sore from holding on though. I also thing I am getting a cold; yay! I might miss school!
